He'd have to be spectacular to justify the average hour-and-a-half to 2 hour wait to see him, but I just haven't seen it. Terrible office management. I'd understand running late occasionally, but there's no excuse for making people wait that long past their scheduled appointment... every time. Waited over an hour in the room, he advised he was going to schedule me for HA, briefly discussed procedure & sent me to the scheduler, made the appoint. & sent me home. Staff at that location couldn't find a 2x4 in a pile of twigs. Screwed up my work paperwork, said it was faxed & never did it had to go pick it up myself.
