Shop Somewhere Else!

Do NOT order from Your Friend in Flowers Florist and Gift! We had the WORST customer service from any flower shop we've ever dealt with! My deployed husband ordered flowers to be delivered by this shop for our anniversary. The flowers were delivered a week early rather than the correct delivery day and the order was not correct. When he insisted that they fix it and deliver the order on the correct day, the flower shop called me and said they wanted to pick up the first arrangement that had been delivered because they "couldn't afford to lose that money for the flowers" and that they were going to reuse what they could from the bouquet for other orders! There is something completely unethical, in my opinion, about selling someone flowers that have already been given to someone else. To make a bad experience even worse, they expected me to take the flowers back to my place of employment so that they could pick them up where they delivered them. Talk about an added inconvenience! Guess what, Your Friend in Flowers, you "can't afford" the kind of bad customer service you offer and the effects of an unhappy customer who has since told everyone I know NOT to bother giving you their business. We will never give you our service again!
