I didn't have the best experience with their customer service. I made the mistake of holding a valuable item for them when they expressed serious/personal interest and asked me to give them time to go to the bank the following day (it was late in the day and they said they didn't have the cash on hand). They followed up and confirmed their interested with a request for another day.. then...
