Mr. Curtis cleaned carpets in 3 townhomes owned by our family. This was our first experience using Mr. Curtis and we would recommend him to others. He was recommended to us by a business acquaintance and friend who uses him herself.
He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, worked quickly and did a thorough job of carpet cleaning. We will be using his services in future.
Do plan to be home when he tells you he will arrrive, because he will be there on time. Because two of the townhomes were vacant at the time of cleaning, Mr. Curtis was let in to the house and left alone to do his work. The third townhome is occupied and
was done on a separate day while resident was present.. Work was reviewed with Mr. Curtis at complettion and approved before payment. All in all he did an excellent job.
Carpet in two rooms were cleaned. Wonderful job! Great Price! and a terrific fellow. We will have him back to do our upstairs.
The appointment was made a week in advance. Mr. Curtis set a time that we could meet and have the carpets clean. He paid a lot of attention to detail. the work was completed easily. the carpets look great. Thank you!
Cleaned carpet in six rooms, two hallways and one staircase. Cleaned one area rug and two sofas.
Whenever I think my carpets need replacing I call J Curtis. I'm always amazed at how clean he gets them. This visit I had him clean my sofas too. There was a mystery spot on the back that Jeff was concerned might be a burn. Well, the spot is gone!!! Thank you, Jeff.
Your technician was very courteous and professional and he diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He also explained the options that were available to me if financing was needed. He composed himself professionally the whole time. I will probably be contacting your company soon in regard to working a service contract in the near future.......JOE COSTA
In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Jon Wayne staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The service techs always wear the 'booties' inside to protect carpets and flooring. The reports are detailed, and the follow-up...
