My sister and I worked here all through college under the former owners, but even with the new owners, the food is excellent. Great deal; great food.

All orders are "made to order," not prepared ahead of time and reheated. Due to this, if they are really busy, you may have to wait - just like it is in Italy. It is well worth any wait, however.

The sauce is made from scratch every morning and you can taste the freshness of the tomatoes used in it. From the garlic bread appetizer to the main course, it was quite arguably the best Italian food I have ever had.

Prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food, and the wait staff is very friendly.

Read the other reviews, and am literally amazed at the negative reviews that are in there (there are only a few). They must be from competing restaurants because my wife and I just had a really enjoyable evening there. The food was very much above average, the service was wonderful - our waitress was very prompt / curteous and fun to talk to, the casual atmosphere including the lighting and the background music, all added up to make a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I know that my wife and I will make this one of our regular places to eat.
