I want to love The Italian Cafe - I've had many meals there over the years. But not since 2000.To my recollection, the food was always marginal... and the last time I went here I had food...

Food was not too bad. Service was inconsistent. Delivery was horrible. Italian sub was great. Pizza was okay.

Stick to the pizza, Hispanic owners trying to duplicate Italian food

We have been ordering pizzas here for years. Do not try the other meals. Poor service, poor quality, and not a value. If you just want a pizza, give it a shot.

Another great Midlothian Italian Resturant. The times we've eaten here, we've always had excellent service and food. The spagetti carbonara is outstanding

We consistently order the Italian Cafe Special that even has artichokes on it. Real artichokes! Real mushrooms! Fabulous and fast.
We've been ordering from Italian Cafe for over a year and have never had even one bad experience. Once in a while, the owner even delivers the food himself.
Wait! Almost forgot the chocolate cake. Excellent.
