I had a wonderful experience with them, can't even compare to other services I've tried. They come right on time, both for pickup and delivery, they're extremely courteous, and they did an amazing job with the laundry, which came back really clean and well folded, and I liked the fact that they used a large paper bag for the clean laundry, with my bag (that they picked it up in) folded and wrapped in tissue paper. I really liked it, it's like something I would do, because you don't want your clean laundry back in the bag where the dirty laundry was - it just feels better, even when there's no discernible dirt.
Awesome! They do such a nice job, my laundry smells awesome and everyone is super nice. It gives me time back that I would have been spending sitting in the laudrymat. Thank you!
At first I asked about PayPal since they advertise it on their site, months later it's still a mystery to them why it's not working, but it's still advertised! Then, over looked the missing socks, then the lack of Bleach on the whites, then losing my jeans, but some how I got a bag that was half my stuff and somebody else's! Then I got someone else's bag entirely, my sons uniform & my hubby's work shirt were Scorched with dryer burn marks, And I keep getting some baby clothes in my bag every week! They promised me $$ back but it's me chasing them for it. Time for the BBB now

First off this establishment has an employee that has a really bad addiction and will take your nice clothes home at any chance given. The owners of the company could care less about your clothes if you call and complain they will just not respond and drop you as a customer without compensation.
