This "business" is not upfront about its payment procedures. My husband had an appointment there yesterday for a toothache. Not only did they NOT tell him when he called to make the appt. or when he gave them our insurance card to copy as part of filling out the new patient paperwork, they waited until they had taken x-rays and done an inital exam before telling him , " you need to pay $79 for...
