Poor customer service

Extremely rude customer service! Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. I had made reservations and called to ensure they still had them in their system. Apparently the room I booked weeks in advance was unavailable and when I tried to get an explanation as to why the "lady" I spoke with over the phone started...
