Absolutely atrocious service. They're never reliable to be in contact, even if they email you with a phone number to contact them directly, they don't answer for entire weeks. They also kept my product for more than a week after I asked them to send it back to me, and of course I couldn't get in contact with anyone there to complain about this or ask why they hadn't shipped it yet, and neither...
