DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Integra Telecom runs a scam! My father's business got scammed by them. They promised equal to or better services for cheaper than Qwest. The Sales rep mentioned nothing about a contract. The setup was a nightmare! The email didn't work right, the phone lines sounded terrible and sometimes wouldn't even ring through! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Was PROMISED by salesperson a monthly charge for a couple T1 lines of not to exceed $550 per month including all taxes fees, everything. Fantastic phone company with great cost savings and fantastic customer service. I had an issue on install and they fixed it within 12 hours and my rep is the one that went over to Customer Service because I was too busy to call. Awesome work.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, I strongly recommend it to you. Can not cancel service without having to pay an $1,100.00 cancellation fee even though my contract is up Oct.3rd, 2009. I tried to cancel because they raised each of my lines $34.95 per month. I would save a $135.00 a month with Qwest but can't leave, so we are forced to pay a higher service without a choice, doesn't make any sense. Do...
