We were at Inicio on a weekday in September and could not understand why there were not more guests. The restaurant is entered via a stair on the side that takes you through a lovely garden and wooded area before turning you back into the bistro to encounter the perfect contrast of modern scintillating decor with a huge enclosed flame...

Tapas in Ogubquit

We went to Inicio for some drinks and tapas. The bar is outdoors on a deck and serves up some very unusual and tasty cocktails. Loved the place and will go there for dinner on our next trip.

We very favorably impressed with Inicio. It's very informal, and the menu is (as mentioned by almost all reviewers) an aclectic mix of tapas, Mediterrean and "other." Great Tapas

We went there for the Tapas and enjoyed all our plates. Our absolute favorite was the chorizo skewers with the pomegranate molasses, but we enjoyed everything we ordered including the shrimp and lamb meatballs. We had a great waiter who was very attentive and some very creative bar drinks.
