We didn't even get a chance to meet the physician because her staff is terrible! A woman who claims to be the office manager hung up on me while I was requesting new patient paperwork be faxed to me! The reviews for Dr. Friedman are already less than satisfactory, but adding a terrible staff on top was the last straw! THIS OFFICE IS JOKE, I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

Very disappointed with patient experience. Not friendly. Charges $150.00 and does not give one any information about anything. Very cold. No bedside manner. I ask questions and she has no information. For $150.00 first visit I got absolutely nothing. Furthermore she wants you to make four more appointments with her as follow-up with a charge of $100.00 per visit. Nice way to get rich at...

I find Dr. Friedman thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I see her many times and she is always on task. It is easy to schedule appointments and the office is friendly. I will continue to see her.

She was overly booked. I waited over an hoour to see her! She doesn't take NJ family care horizon NJ health to remove a finger wart.. only takes as a primary doctor... I would have had to pay out of pocket for wart removal. She didnt check height or weight. Frustrating. They didn't let me know up front.
