Patient abandonment. Went to Urgent Care on a Sunday night because of breathing problems due to 3 consecutive days consistent hiccups and when the doctor at the U.C. did an Ultra Sound & CT on a hard spot he felt in my lower abdomen, he found a grapefruit size fluid mass pushing my bladder and other organs. The worst experience in my whole life. He and his office treated me as a second class citizen. Never an apology for the 45 minuets Ispent in the waiting room. Also I have not received credit for my copay.

I felt so upset after my first visit with Dr vapnek. He cut me off he argued the diagnoses that was given to me in 2012. Without even giving me a examine . he cut me off when I would speak. Doctor Roberts staff has always been very professional and efficient. Doctor Brown is a much more caring doctor than many of his fellow doctors. He is very thorough and detailed in his explanations and his plan for your on-going care. he is very personable with a very professional manner.
