DO NOT ORDER OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered textbook 1/19 "shipped" 1/22 it's now 2/5 and no book. Email and phone calls are not responded to and Amazon can't get in touch with them ( I gave them a number to call). Can't get refund for another 6 days. What a joke. A seller of textbooks that can't or will not provide tracking information. Non American company btw - avoid at all cost.

Ordered a book on 7/11/14. Rec'd email that order shipped on 7/18 from NJ. Sent email questioning why their estimate of my receipt date could be as late as 8/4 to Reno NV. Never given a USPS tracking number. Rec'd book 8/1.

That place is a joke. Even working there is a joke. I've worked there for a couple years and they don't care if your package is sent or ever packed. The other workers come in late they throw packages cross the room in dirty garbage cans and if you receive the wrong package then it was the person who was packing the books. I even ordered a book from there and never got and I worked there. DON'T...
