Nice people wok at Ince distributing. However they do not take anything back. The microwave we bought broke after 3 days, and they would not take it back or exchange it. Contact the manufacturer they said. The earliest appointment for service was 8 days ahead, and then they rescheduled that for two days later. I paid for a microwave, and still do not have one that is working.

I was told by Nate that I would recieve a rebate from Trane after selling a Trane heat pump system. I was to give my customer an instant rebate of $1000.00.
