I have stayed here a couple of years and the value of (extended stay) staying here monthly vice paying for an apartment (utilities/cable/internet...) pays for itself. The front desk, maintenance, management, and security is friendly, goes out of their way to help in any way they can in all situations. Room service always makes it feel like I just checked...

InTown Suites regularly and proactively checks for these pests in every guest room. On the rare occasion we have an issue, we treat the problem aggressively in partnership with our national pest control provider.

Unfortunately, bed bugs are an ever-growing problem throughout the country and at all types of locations and businesses. However, we are working hard to keep them out of InTown Suites...

I had used In Towne Suite before , however several years ago. I expected a clean, fresh and healthly enviroment. What I found was poor house keeping, aged run down furniture a paint job at least 5 yrs old. The tub that  has been busted and repaired by my 12 yr. old with a tube of glue, ancient appliances and a ??? sofa made for a midget!! I walked for ten min. in white socks and now they are...

I was staying here and noticed that I was breaking out. My best friend had recently watched a documentary on bed bugs. She said that the bites looked like that. I went to the hotel and checked behind the headboard and under the matress and sure enough there was a ton. Management said we could deal with it or move. I still stay here, I just treat it myself b/c there is no where else to go.
