Me and my mom went to add me to her plan today. We were helped by Gaylon. He was absolutely amazing. We weren't able to upgrade the plan within the our budget but he definitely tried everything he possibly could to make it work. I've never had anyone at a gym go so far out of their way to try and help me. Hats off to Gaylon I'm very impressed with his customer service!

The facilities are great. Staff leaves a bit to be desired tho. Had an appt with a trainer scheduled for 11am, here it is 10 min after and he hasn't even showed up at the gym yet. I would fully encourage greater communication amongst the staff to make sure things ran smoother/more efficiently.

There are plenty of machines to work out on, but for me i always felt like the staff were alway trying to sell me something. Annoying. The place is nice. They just need to recycle the staff.
