you will regret ever using them...terrible customer service

I would recommend moving yourself if this is your only option. VERY rude and unprofessional staff, we had items missing that were never accounted for. I am trying to resolve a 65.00 invoice, yes only 65.00 and i cannot get a phone call or e-mail. Basically I am now relying on the Better Business Bureau to help me out. I've e-mailed all the way up to IMS's president and not ONE response...great customer service if you ask me......
