Our father stayed at Imperial Plaza for about four months. The apartment in the Dogwood building was large by many standards, but it has the cheapest appliances that are sold, the windows have not been cleaned in years and are filthy, generally a worn look to everything. Phones were down several times, quite upsetting with an elderly parent. When you walk into the Dogwood building, there is a seating area and heavy curtains hanging. They fell down while we were moving in due to heavy rain, and the entire ceiling was covered in mold. They just put the curtains back up. I don't think we...
