I have done a lot of different projects with Impact, everything I needed done was done on time and without a doubt with the best quality materials. Everything from t-shirts to banners I'm very happy with everything. I'm already getting my next order together.

As stated by the previous review, these people are very very very unprofessional! They schedule times and dates to review with you and never show up or call to apologize, how sad is that, not even the owner will call you back. These people need to learn what customer service really is. The worst service I have ever experienced from a business. I would never recommend them to anyone ever! ...

I placed an order from this company and paid a deposit of half the order up front before they did anything for me. Thier policy states that I was to have a sample of my order within 24 hours. A week later and a lot of voice mails and calls to them. I final got a call and a sample to approve. The sample they design was extreemly poorly design, my child could of done better in 10 minutes.
