From the moment I walked through those doors, I knew I was going to love it. The staff have awesome personalities and truly show they care. Every question I had was never left unanswered. Each class I had, I was able to go my own pace and the staff motivated me through it all. I feel more healthier and look it too! Real results! I even made friends. My 13-year-old daughter wanted to try kickboxing for the first time and absolutely loved it! On the way home she said, WOW, I have more energy and feel really good. And has been asking to go back ever since ;) She really loves putting on her boxing gloves and kicking butt during class! Truely Grateful, Teen Mom

I’ve been a member for about 2 weeks and I’m already seeing great improvement in my stamina and strength. We learn a lot cardio combinations and work hard for the entire 60 minutes. The instructors are awesome and the facility is very clean!

When I tell you that I have tried work outs, gym memberships and at home work outs. I get bored easily and then I don’t feel like doing the work outs. My husband found Ilovekickboxing online we did a free class and 2 months later we are still at it. I absolutely love this work out. Great for the body and mind.
