After living there from december 2011 till april 2012, I wouldnt let these people babysit a dead fish. It couldnt possibly be worse elsewhere. It was like being in a bad movie about a prison out in the boonies. Park your Grandma in a cardboard box on the street and she'll feel safer. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I was no bother. They were helpful. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
