Waited 30 minutes to get cold sausage and raw pancakes. I would have understood if they were slammed and only had one cook, which the waitress blamed for the wait, but they were dead. Makes sense...

Our waiter was par on nothing to complain , however once we were up front waiting to pay the manager was not very friendly. We waited a long with another family for several minutes..just to pay...

We had the pleasure of eating at this IHOP twice during our stay in Virginia Beach. And on both occasions, the wonderful Bill looked after us. What a credit he is to IHOP. Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome he gave us on our second visit was legendary.
