Didn’t make it to sit down. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. 4 out of 5 waiters walked by us and said nothing while the 5th was on the phone the whole, maybe taking an order. A 6th one walked passed everyone and didn’t say a word because his shift was over. A simple “Someone will be with you shortly.” would have been better than nothing. Left and will not return.

I have never had worse service than tonight's experience in my life!!! Waitress took order then 20 min later claimed that kitchen "didn't get it" so she had to ask for my order all over again. She had two tables and the other was her family so she spent the entire time with them chatting and in the time my family was there (over an hour) she never checked on us, refilled our drinks, nothing!!!...

I have loved this IHOP since it opened.Spacious,open,well- lit, this IHOP is a happy place. I love the BOGO deal on Tuesdays and the 50% off senior entrees on Wednesdays.
