I lived in Madrid for three years so I jumped at the chance to try Ibiza. I have been back twice since the initial visit. Its not Spain but its not bad either. The food is relatively authentic with just a few outliers. They could improve the fare across the board by bringing in authentic ingredients from Spain but... that would get expensive and drive up their currently quite reasonable prices...

We had made reservations for a very large party this past weekend, and our experience was wonderful. When we first walked in the atmosphere, as beautiful and intimate as it was, felt electric. The restaurant opened last weekend so I didn't expect my experience to be perfect but it was far from it.
