Lived in a one bed. All one beds are under a townhouse. Very, very noise neighbors above me. And I went through two neighbors above me and it never got better. Repeatedly complained, called police to quieten them down. Mostly about the god awful stomping around till 5 a.m.. Must be nice not to have to get up early for a job.
No surprise someone was shot and killed there after I moved out.

I have lived here for about 12 years. This is a very quiet community. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and management is very friendly. I would recommend Hyde Park to others.

These apartments are crap. The management sucks. They have this new guy as the manager some Forster guy. He is a heartless -------. What ever you do don't go there it will be the worst experience of your life!!!

I have lived at Hyde Park for 12 years in both one and two bedroom apartments and have only positive things to say about being here. Yes the one bedroom apartments have only one window and the apartments are not new but the maintance staff does a great job fixing any problems, its quiet, good location, with the right price.
