Considering my customer service background with both the government and local community, I must say that Hybrid definitely holds par to quality customer service with a reliable product. With their flexible hours, they are able to make appointment around your schedule. With their Trane system installation, definitely count on your electric bill decreasing by at least half! Highly Recommend!!

I called on a tuesday to get some duct work done the next tuesday is the earliest they could get me in between 8-11 am they didnt show up untill 6pm!!! so i missed work for nothing! My tenant reported to me as their landlord that the A/C was not working properly. On 18 June, Hybrid Air went out to the house and suggested a repair to my A/C unit that included the coils to be acid cleaned and the replacement of the capacitor.
