Business travler

Not a good conference spot. Poor service levels to handle a large number of people. They were not very responsive to our conference time tables so the proper amount of staff to handle the large number of people at certain times left them very overwhelmed.

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night at the end of October. It's a very nice, bright, hotel. The staff is very friendly and the lobby is nice.
