The customer service upon check-in and check-out was personal and friendly! The kingsize suite was really spacious (sofa bed, desk and refrig); the TV with swivel mount was accessible between the sofa and bed. The bathroom was small, but the area was sufficient for the two of us.
It was clean and there was sufficient setting for the complimentary breakfast...

We stayed here for one night on our way back to NY from FL. Location is very convenient to I-295 and I-95. Beds are comfy, customer service is courteous and gym has all the right equipment (treadmills, elliptical and free weights).
We greatly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had everything we needed - eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, muffins...

I'd actually give this 4.5 if half points were allowed but just can't give it 5 (which I'll explain in a bit). Very nice hotel. Clean. Quiet. customer service outstanding. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. I never saw housekeeping but they did an outstanding job as well. Complimentary breakfast is very good. I was here for two weeks...
