We only spent a night there because my husband was running the Richmond 1/2 marathon the following morning. It's about 20min drive to downtown Richmond. Nice hotel. Nice rooms... Below average continental breakfast.

Excellent experience with a few minor glitches

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel was very nice. The only glitches I experienced were the shower, and the room cleanliness.

I was in a room with a stand-up shower that did not have a door on it. Instead, it had this glass "wing" that I assume was supposed to help block water from leaking onto the bathroom floor. It was a huge...

Disappointed with the room. I was supposed to get a room at a higher floor.
Instead the hotel game me a lower level room.
Per hotels.com, at bookin,I was paying extra for the accommodation. I didn't get it.

Just wanted to stay there one time. Stayed one day/night just to get away. Loved the layout. Great option if you have computers and game consoles (which are made easy to hook up). Breakfast the next morning was free. Had some hot and cold options.
