Everything was great. The staff even helped me with getting my wife Christmas present wrapped.\n\nI liked everything, the service, the space and the clean rooms.\n\nThank you to the staff of Hyatt Place, Raleigh NC I did have a problem with Priceline,

The setup of the rooms are perfect. \n\nThe water pressure is terrible along with the shower head.\n\nOther than the water pressure and shower head, it's a great hotel.

Location. Free breakfast.\n\nNo housekeeping came to clean. Furniture and carpet shabby. No materials in the room about the city, things to do, etc. Loud room across the hall clearly having a party. Was told by staff that quiet hours begin at 11pm.\n\nWay below Hyatt standards. Hotel should state on website that quiet hours begin at 11pm. Don't stay here if you want any sleep.

Staff were cheerful, helpful and very friendly!\n\nRoom was too hot and I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature.\n\ngreat hotel. Would be happy to stay there again!
