I had a frozen pipe burst in my living room. Called on a Saturday evening, and made an appointment for the next day. During our initial phone conversation, it was determined that repair would have to be made from inside the home. I thought had a busted pipe but it turns out I had a frozen furnace drain pipe and my furnace drip pan is full, rusted and leaking. The plumber explained the problem; inspected the frozen drain and made recommendations. Follow up work is necessary when the drain defrosts
