I have severe asthma and lung cancer and the heat makes thing worse! my ac has not worked all season long and i had already spent almost 3 weeks in and out of the hospital! i finanlly gave up on my landlord and called around, i called 6 companies and got prices from $200 to $600 just to replace a capaciter ($15 dollar part)! I finanly called and spoke with Gerrald,!st he qutoed me a price to replace the part NOT a service contract and he NEVER treated me like i was a stupid woman! he quoted me a price(@$100.00) , was very informative and told me he would fit me in asap! i called the next...
