Buying a home through Real Estate agent Cliff Holmquist with Hutcheson Realty Inc. was the worst experience we ever could have ever imagined. We will always regret dealing with Cliff Holmquist and Hutcheson Realty Inc. We could not, with a good conscience, ever recommend the use of Real Estate agent Cliff Holmquist and Hutcheson Realty Inc. to anyone.

Hutcheson Realty manages the Homeowners Association in which I live. After receiving a bill for dues I had already paid, I called to inquire about what had happened to my payment. Since I work odd hours, I usually drop my payment in their mail slot. As it happens, their building is a renovated house, with a mail slot in the door, which is locked after hours. Not only did the front desk person nor Francine Hutcheson not even offer to look around the office to see if there was an envelope that had not been identified, they accused me of lying about dropping off the payment.
