Hurricane Mo's moved out of Manteo years ago. The Blue Water Raw Bar and Grill recently opened where Mo's used to be. Please correct your website reference: Mo's is in Kitty Hawk, NC.

we love what the owner did to the place! has a nice 2 story deck outside the main restaurant! were building that In may 2014! had to make larger their parking lot! it's a really popular spot now to hang out not only for happy hour but for the views now! the food is excellent! we will be back!

One of the few restaurants that operates all year. A locals favorite for lunch and for the bar. Atmosphere is casual to lively at the bar. Food is average to good. They are building a new outdoor seating extension. It is not clear yet what this addition will do to the level of the service or the challenge to find...
