My condo A/C unit was no longer putting out cold air, so I called Hurn because I frequently see them working on my downtown building. I was happy with the attitude and promptness of everyone I interacted with, and their service tech was even early to our appointment. I'm giving only a 2-star review …

I got an appointment the next day. Ryan came on time. Was courteous and knowledge. He explained in detail what was going on, then when I asked if he can explain it again to my husband on the phone, Ryan did not mind. Great customer service, great company, I'm one cool, happy customer.
