I've gotten a used car and leased a car from Hurd and I've had absolutely no problems. Anytime I needed servicing it was taken care of in a timely manner. I also got a great deal on a lease for a Chevy Silverado. Best truck on the road in my opinion. The people are friendly by car dealership standards (and maybe even regular standards) and I found my overall experience to be very satisfactory. Btw, they also have nice facilities.. and bathrooms!
We tried to buy a car from them. We found it on the internet, listed as GM Certified.
Turns out it was not. They "miraculously" agreed to "certify" it (except that certification requires an inspection, and they promised a one-year warranty and no 5-year drivetrain warranty).
They got us a ridiculously high interest rate on the financing, which they did not confirm with us first. Now they're giving us the runaround with delivering the car, which was a condition of purchase. They lied blatantly on the phone about why they "couldn't" deliver the car.
Bottom line: Honesty is not their middle name - unless their first name is "Dis." Learn from us. Stay away.
Would defiinitely go back, they found the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Couldn't ask for better service!
I love my Buick enclave, best car I've ever had. Taking it to Hurd is another enjoyable feature. Always accommodating, easy to deal with and I love the fact that they will drive me home while my car is being serviced.
