The apartments are in a good area. Close to shopping, shipyard,bases and interstate. The water view apartments are very nice. The grounds are well kept. Pet friendly and I have a large dog. Overall pretty good place to live.

I moved in on June 15th 2015, since I have been here I have not had any disturbances at all. The apartment is a good size 2 bedroom 1 bath. Is has a wonderful view of the James river as well. Although it is located directly next to the ship yard I have not been affected by shipyard traffic in the evenings. The office staff is very courteous and willing to work with tenants. I have only been living here since April, but this was my first apartment by myself, and the process was effortless. Marilyn was very helpful through the entire process; even to this day, and although I have forgotten the property manager's name, she is a very nice, helpful woman as well.
