don’t rent here. Encountered tons of issues from bugs to racism by the ppl they employ. Stay far away from these apartments if u value you’re money and belongings. Not the only tenant with theses issue there’re multiple families here who are stuck fighting through roaches, bed bugs, ants. Very disappointed in them and lack of professionalism. Do not rent here if you can avoid it.

My last recommendation on living here was 4 yrs ago. The new owners have made Hunter’s Chase fresh and new again. Many new updates! Fresh new colors on the outside. I’m now into my 17th year living here. This is my home. Parking has improved immensely. Come check them out. You will like what you see I promise.

My family and I loved living here. The staff was very responsive to request and went out of their way to ensure that our experience was top notch.
I would and have recommended this place for people looking to relocate to Midlo. �

I'm paying $0.88 for a pest control service that hasn't been to my apartment in over 2 months and I've been living with cockroaches since I moved in September 1st. No one here seems at all concerned with this health hazard that I'm living with (AND PAYING to live with). I will not be renewing my lease, I will never be living here again, and I highly suggest avoiding Hunters Chase Apartments. I...
