Well thus far they kinda suck. When I signed y contract I was told everything was included, now they tell they bill me back for electric. Also I putin maintenance requests for the dishwasher and toilet a week ago, and haven't heard a thing back. There is still three inches of dirty water sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher. We are not off to a good start.
