worst bank ever. if I can give it a negative star I would. HSBC is the worst bank you can ever bank with. especially this branch they have 1 teller for premier and 1 teller for business customers....

RUDE!!!Don't bother with this branch. Very unprofessional and rude. Closed one of my three accounts, ask for an envelope, and the representative reply "No". Take your money elsewhere.
