not all haircuttery's operate that way

I am an x employee of Hair Cuttery. However, I can assure you that this company doesn't operate that way. They take pride in customer service and unfortunately your case fell in the cracks. I would like to say if you cal 1-800-trim-cut your problem will be handled immediately. Dennis Ratner owns the company and would not tolerate this behavior from an associate.
