Howard Feldman, MD

The waiting time to be seen is usually over an hour. The staff is not friendly or qualified. To get test scheduled or anything else done, usually requires several phone calls to the office, only to be told that they will pull the chart and call you right back - which they don't, you have to call again and again. Our whole experience there has been more trouble than it's worth.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.. They were always very considerate and professional.
