Very nice people but, from my point of view, very unprofessional work. The brass item i took in for polishing and lacquer was a semi valuable collectors item. I was hoping to refinish it and sell it. The process of removing tarnish and imperfections left, in their place, a patina of scratches, covering the entire piece and ultimately making it worthless for resale. The lacquering process was...
