Carmen did an excellent job as my house inspector for a condo I recently purchased. You provided more feedback than others I used in the past. As an added value he actually corrected (repairs) minor issues he found. Others would have just added a comment in the report telling you to fix them.. His report was excellent and identified problems I needed to fix.
