2 weeks in a row this company cancelled on the day of our appointment...then when i call to complain, I am left on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on. then when i call back to speak with a supervisor/manager I am told he is not available and asked to leave a vm message....LIKE IM REALLY GOING TO GET A CALL BACKL!!! I DO NOT!!!! RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I have done business with this company for 20 years. Haven't had a single issue with them until this year. Bought a total system in 2007 (air and furnace). We had the new Trane XV20I complete system installed. The Houk Team was very professional, put drop clothes down on all the areas they were working in, and even vacuumed. (although, Chuy said he only vacuums and does not do windows!) Team was very professional and did an excellent job. Took the time and effort to explain the little details. WILL use them again!
