At HOT YOGA we offer classes in vinyasa yoga. The series of yoga postures are both physically challenging and spiritually rejuvenating. We feel yoga is not a competition with either yourself or anyone else, but rather a moving meditation into non-judgment, which we hope for you, will become a life practice. Beginners and all levels are welcome.

You will SWEAT but it will be great

It took a lot for me to muster up the courage to try hot yoga but this place was the perfect studio to start. I went to an open level class and had an amazing instructor who really challenged everyone but adjusted each pose and flow to all of the various levels. The entry price is reasonable ($10 for 10 days for newbies) but the membership fee is steep. It's only worth it if you plan to go 2x/week. Individual classes are $18 a pop.
