Being it was my first time ever doing yoga I loved it. It was a great the instructor was awesome and she took time to help me knowing I had no idea what to do. I look forward to coming back and I'm telling all my friends. Thank u.

Love this place...if I'm "away" from yoga for awhile...always feel at home coming back! Excellent caring genuine instructors! Everyone from all ages, backgrounds, levels of ability...are so welcomed and encouraged to focus the time on themselves...and in this busy, hectic, social media filled world, we all need to take time to focus on ourselves and not everyone around us❤️

The yoga class was great, the people who worked there were super friendly and very helpful, it was very clean and well organized. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the space. It feels a little cramped in the hallway and the yoga room. It wasn't over crowded but the yoga studio made me feel a little claustraphobic. Other than that it was a great experience that I will definitely do...

This was my first time taking a "hot" yoga class. It was a very different, but good, experience. Brady was wonderful, guiding us through the asanas with detailed instruction. Her love of yoga, and her compassion for everyone taking her class, shines through.
