We love the hot springs. The staff is unfailingly sweet. We take a deluxe tub once or twice a year and while we certainly enjoyed the view until sunset, the jets weren't in working order and neither was one of the two heaters. Cleaning tools were left, willy-nilly and it just felt like we spent a lot of money-shoulda been better, it seems to us.
